These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of http://uffo.graphics (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Uffo Design S.R.L. (“Uffo Design”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

PURPOSE OF UFFO DESIGN

The Site is an independent digital store operated by a solo creator/producer, offering professional graphic elements, mockups, and digital assets designed for designers and creators. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Uffo Design provides access to digital products, site hosting, and download capabilities for users.

ACCOUNTS

  • In order to make a purchase and access the digital products on our Site, you must first register and create an account with us.

  • To register, you must provide us with your name and an e-mail address.

  • When you create an account, you agree that all personal information provided is up to date, accurate, and truthful, and you agree to update it if it changes.

  • Your account will display your previous purchases and provide access to download links and invoices.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our Site illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS

  • Each person or legal entity must register for their own account using a unique username and password.

  • You are entirely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your credentials and agree not to share them with unauthorized parties.

  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

NON-PERMITTED USAGE

You agree to use our Site legally and refrain from:

  • Violating the intellectual property rights of Uffo Design or any third parties.

  • Hacking into the account of another user or attempting to disrupt the Site infrastructure.

  • Using automation software (bots), scrapers, crawlers, or unauthorized tools to harvest data or content from the Site.

PRICES, FEES, AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices for our digital products are determined by Uffo Design at our sole discretion and may change at any time.

  • All payments are processed in USD (or other supported currencies specified at checkout) via available payment gateways (such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, or credit/debit cards).

  • Prices are final at the time of purchase. Additional taxes, currency conversion fees, or international transaction charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled due to the immediate digital nature of the products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RESTRICTIONS

  • The Site, including its layout, design, text, source code, databases, graphics, mockups, and digital assets, is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws owned by Uffo Design S.R.L.

  • Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital assets in accordance with the specific license tier purchased.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, rent, or share our raw digital assets or mockups as standalone files or competing products.

  • You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying structure of the Site.

REFUNDS

  • Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via download, we do not offer refunds once the products have been downloaded or accessed.

  • If you believe a product is materially faulty or corrupted, please contact us at uffo.graphics@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Replacements for faulty files are handled at our sole discretion.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  • Your use of the Site and any products obtained through it is at your own risk. The Site and products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Uffo Design does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that digital assets will meet your specific custom requirements.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uffo Design S.R.L., its directors, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill—arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uffo Design S.R.L. and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of the Site and its products.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chișinău, Moldova.
